anyone ever hear of an electric turbo?

Not sure how this would work ,but 15% increase in hp wouldnt be to bad? I guess i am just wondering if anyone has ever heard of smething like this and if so is it a waste or a perhaps get until i can get a real turbo **for 6G**

the electric turbo wont do ****, and a real turbo wont cost you 6Gs...a lil less than 3 for non intercooled
