I know there has been other posts on this as well..

But, is there anyway to remove the ugly ring which is on the 5-speed? I have already purchased a Momo boot, and Kartboy short shifter and knob but I really want to get rid of the ring. I want the all leather look like the 6-speeds. I know the ring matches the steering wheel, but it just looks really cheap to me.

If anyone has done this, PLEASE share!!!

I don't believe there is a replacement for it, but i could be wrong. I think it looks good but to each his own.
