i got the 3" magnaflow cat-back with the dc catless downpipe. its fairly loud, but compared to some its a lightweight...any ideas for louder exhausts? anybody have preferences?

its too ****ing soft thats why. it sounds like a stock exhaust. i only felt more power, but sound was ****. if anything it got more quiet.

 

why would u want it to be louder
itll just get annoying when your cruising imo

 

when i say it sounds quiet. im not kidding. its extremely quiet. like if you were to hear it, you may not think it to be an evo but a god damn accord.

very loud and dronign when cruising at highway speeds

also my wastegate dumppipe adds to the sound

 

i like the sound of the ams exhausts. i dont have one but they sound really nice, but its all up to you

 

I have BR TBE with stock cat and it is pretty loud

 

yeah, ****in pain in the *** this ****, girl who ran a 450 whp sti told me it'd be loud, now i gotta find a seller for that **** and buy another. ..what a *****.

 

br exhaust is loud , any exhaust using the hks mufflers are not loud

 

currently using a buschur exhaust with BR muffler and testpipe, louder than hell, i luv it! I almost wouldnt recommend it but its not my dd. i hear what your saying about wanting to hear some sound with the power!

 

I have had Buschur race, Helix, Greddy Ti and none of them compare to how loud the Blitz Nur Spec is.

 

I got same setup and love it to death!!! You can hear me coming baby!! And its my daily driver It sounds great my my hks 272's!

 

if u want an exhaust that screams get the ams turbo back with test pipe ull be very happy!!!

 

my ams tbe exhaust with a testpipe and no resonators is increadibly loud and sounds good. my friends turboxs is a little quieter but still sounds good. i am taking off the muffler on my ams exhaust this summer and just putting a 3 inch pipe in its place to see how it sounds.
