SES Wtf?

Ok to start off my current mods are espelir cbe, dp, fujita intake, uicp and licp, so yesterday I decide to do a little pulling, now at the moment my cars acting a little funny because obviously it needs to be tuned so I'm like no big deal. While driving I begin to do some pulls, seems fine, then I do some more, everything is good, then the last time I do it, my ses light comes on and it begins to idle funny, so I'm like what's up with that, I decide to take it to the shop to figure out what triggered the light, so I get the code for the catylidic conv. Now the cat is stock, no test pipes or anything and now when I drive it likes to gargle and lightly pop a lot, never had this happen. So I'm thinking I have this problem because I'm not tuned, or I need a new cat from the dealership, any advice? Everything on my mods look anyone with a similar experience? Anyone think its a clogged cat?

Dont mean to rag on you, but why haven't you gotten tuned yet. With all of those part, the parameters that the ecu was set for was drastically changed.

just got the parts on not too long ago, trying to tune this week. I'm just making sure that its because I'm not tuned, not because something is bad

Have you tried clearing the code and seeing how the car runs? IMO i think your only needing a tune. Maybe more can jump in because i'm a bit confused myself.

Some idle issues are caused by the intake. The stock intake is a S-Type Pipe where as some intakes are almost straight which causes a vortex from the MAF to the Turbo Spinning. I have seen this happen on alot of vehicles. I recommend a tune asap.
