Clicking front

alright, i have searched the net, seached this site, and searched many other sites and have not found a solution to my problem.

so to start, here is my problem:
at speeds less than 20mph there is a "clicking" noise coming from the front of my car, it sounds exactly like struts sound when they go bad, i had everything checked out and they said everything is tight and fine and the struts appeared to be fine, no leaks or anything...ocasionally it will make a "popping" noise, usually on overdips and hitting bumps while turning...
anyway, not sure if there are any suggestions.....i made sure that the strut nuts were torqued to specs, and i heard that the popping noise may be caused by a worn plate on top of the springs

and one last thing, the suspension is stock, not lowered, with stock struts and springs
