Clear coating on the rear spoiler peeled off

I don't know why but the clear coating on the rear spoiler starts peeling off.

Is this covered by Mitsu warranty?
I've done a couple of mods such as aftermarket exhaust and intake,
so I'm kinda afraid if Mitsu argues that my warranty is already void.

But this is the rear spoiler!! Nothing to do with exhaust or intake!!!

Its is what it is..........NOTHING to do with your mods........you didnt put an aftermarket clear coat eliminator on so what does an apple have to do with an orange??!! Dont let the same dealership that charged you too much for your EVO bully you out of something thats entitled to you. ITS A WARRANTY....they should honor it

Dealers have to prove that the mods caused the reason for the problem. Intake and exhaust cannot cause clearcoat issues. They can however blacklist it for any future claims that may deal with those parts. My friend put rims on his 350Z and had an alignment issue from day one before the new rims and when they saw it....they put in their system no suspension warranties will be covered due to non stock rims/tires. I would at least put the intake back to stock for the CYA rule.

We have an 8 years corrosion warranty. Can it be extended to the wing? I guess, yes! You should give a try!
