Hi i'm a maybe future Evo owner. My friend has an EVO and i drove it for a couple of days now i'm hooked Now i want one dammit. Question whats the best deal i can get for a new EVO thinking MR?? It will not stay in the states will be shipped to the Caribbean so i guess no taxes has to be paid over there right?? Also will be bought cash $$ ching ching. The only big problem i have that over here i will have to pay 40% import tax on the price tag and will be a killing for my pocket, thats why i'm trying to see what the best price i could get before i make my move. Thanks lemme know a ball park figure.

but it, sell it to your friend for $1... then have him sell it back to you for $1... after title taxes, tags, etc... should be about $500 plus the 40% on the $1, just saved yourself $11,499.60

 

Ha !! customs don't see it that way you can play around with the $$ you bought the car for but not by much.

 

well... have your friend buy it with your cash... then after a month or so after he titles it, have him sell it to you for "$10,000".

 

My friend is also here he is not in the states. I'll have to fly over buy it and ship it. Unless i figure something out to get an invoice for @ 13k or so or just import it in as a Lancer lol.
