The cheapest of all insurance companies is Infinity Auto Insurance. I am 26 and I have a sh*ty driving record and I only pay $100 a month. Progressive wanted $1800 every 6 months.

hello and welcome to the site...

there is a newb section as well as a search function on this site

If you make threads, as bad as this, in the future, make sure they are in the newb section.

I pay $125 / mo. for full state farm coverage

If I would of had an EVO when I was 17 I would be dead. IMO you are to young, I'm not trying to flame you. Is this your first car?

it's spelled "too" young fyi

and I don't care how old you are. an evo at 17 would be awesome. if you can pull the payments more power to ya

insurance depends on four main factors:

1. value of evo
2. residence of driver
3. driving/ record history
4. age

with this said... insurance rates will vary greatly for every driver (i'm sure you are aware of this though)

how old are you? im 20 paying 200 a month.

if you can afford to buy a new evo then do so. if not, then just prepare yourself on what might happen next to the car.

And is why I have Infinity Auto Insurance. I have 11 points on my licence in the past 10 months and I only pay $100 a month. Geico was the most expencive for me, they wanted $3600 every 6 months.

Ok, let's get real here. If you have that many points, and a top insurance company quotes you $7200/yr ($600/mo), then the insurance you have now is worthless. There's no way you have full coverage with a record like that when only paying $100/mo. I'm sorry, but that's just common sense. You just better hope nothing ever happens to the car or anyone you hit, because I'm afraid that's when you'll finally understand, and it will be too late.

OP, there are lots of threads on this. Please search, and be prepared to basically pay a small car payment monthly just for insurance.

Its full coverage with a $1000 deductable. I'm a good driver and have never been in a wreck. The reason I have so many points is because I speed alot. They probably are worthless but I am not going to pay $$$$ a year for something that I have never needed. Plus, I only put maybe 20 miles on my car a week now that I have a company car.
