Cam installation

I have around $1,000 worth of free labour hours at my mitsu dealer (long story, they messed up with my t-case and i'm getting free labour in return instead of parts).

I have my cams coming in soon, and was wondering if different cams have different torqing specs (don't know technical term) to stock cams. Basically, will the dealer know how to install my GSC S1 cams? does it install the same way exactly as stock cams? or should i take it to another specialised shop? Do different cams have different installation techniques or are all cams installed the same way in the evo?

Just trying to use my free labour hours. Don't want to try performance shops again as they also share the blame for my whining t-case!

Thanks

Putting in the aftermarket cams are the same as any. As long as they know how to bleed the lifters, cuz the dealer I bought my car from had no idea what I was talking about. But torque specs etc.. are the same. There will be no need to degree in the cams so it's a straight forward install. Shoot, have them put in aftermarket springs and retainers too.

watch, they'll probably charge you an arm and a leg for the cam install labor, so your not gonna be left with much after lol. but speed corps has it right. should be an easy install if you know what your doing.
