Car is stalling when I press the clutch

Well I'll be in higher RPMs, like 4k+ and I puch in the clutch and keep it there the rpms go real low. The RPMS drop to about 500-400 and stumble a little bit and one time the car even stalled.

my IX only has 2,000 miles on it

mods are
a grounding kit done 1k miles ago so I dont think its that
A TBE with HFC installed 500 miles ago
and a e-mail tune/flash done about 100 miles ago

The problem just started.

Thank you for your imput

If you add a reason and a method for a fix that would be nice.

i'm gunna assume it was your flash based on how recent you got it and when the problem started

i couldn't suggest a fix because i don't think its anything you can do, i would recommend calling the place you got your flash from and letting them know what your problem is

vaccum leak after the maf but before the turbo, flash, or you put a cone filter on without being flashed for it
