Well I am new on the evo scean but, you need to be more specific. How much do you want to spend? What do you want to do? What are you going to be doing it for? Are you asking what mods to start with or is this all you are going to do? Most cars an exaust system really doesnt improve ALOT. IF I was me I would start with the engine and work my way from the head down to the feet.

When I get my exaust system it will start with the exaust manifold and go all the way back. This isnt my first project however I have looked into that cost already. I am starting with clutch and clutch plates. Seems the stock ones are alittle glassy. however asking me is like asking a guy who plays call of duty how to win a war. Until I dig into the car I am just a sidewalk cheerleader.

You're just upset because we haven't had any BOV or intake threads recently

testpipe,cams ,ecuflash.
will give you the most safe power from factory stage.
since you asked only 3 mods....
the mbc will give you extra hp...but extra psi too...if you want to stay safe /no knocking ,etc/ then
the cams will give you a lot more hp-tq @ stock psi level,so do not need the MBC.
the TBE is not one mod.actually at least 3 already: -downpipe, testpipe or highflowcat and cat back.
i would not go with 3 mods set up,it's just ....

get a TBE , dropp in, MBC and ecuflash./maybe cams/
it is 6 /7/mods set up but is good for a start...

I did: intake, Turbo back exhaust, test pipe, stainless 02 housing, mbc and tuned it and went from 13.5 to 12.5 in the 1/4 for ~ 1000
