I got my evo a few months ago and boost has been all over the place. I have had Set anywhere from 20-70. i thought it was just the ebc that was malfunctioning. I bought a hallman, went to install it this morning. I unscrewed the boost solonoid and there was a tap missing on one of the outlets, air was just flowing out of the solonoid. This is the cause of my boost issues most likely, isn't it?
