New guy here with a question...chips

Hey guys. My uncle has an Evo 9 and he is looking to do some work. I was wondering if any company out there makes chips for the Evo 9? I have searched but came up short.

Thanx for any help.

chip??? we dont do chips here. Its called a Flash.. u retune the ECU. Search for first mods to do an evo. I suggest the usual- tbe ( turbo back exhaust), tune ( can vary from which vendor), and an mbc ( set to the desired psi dealing wit the tune).

Theres many.....most on the forums talk about Dynoflash and Jetsrtuning.....but theres also Works....AMS and more but use the search feature and youl be reading info forever......the first 2 are the most common.....ive had flashes from both......there are also some forum users that do their own tuning and for some others. No sweat about the "chip" that used to be the way to go but now its all done by flashes with or without removal of the ECU.

I would recommend an AMS flash but was also happy with my Dynofash as well. Without giving any "secrets" away as to the differences between the two companies, I would go with the AMS flash.
