Just got an evo and new here
Since you bought the car used, you have to smog the car in 2 years. The first owner doesn't have to smog the car for 7 years, but you have to do it in 2, FYI. I would learn to drive the car and get use to it before you do anything to your car. After that, get what you want. I would recommend BR stage 1 or AMS stage 1.
oil catch. That or just remove the tube connecting the vent on the front right of your block to the intake, plug the intake side and throw a filter on the engine hole. And I disagree about gauges being useless...
