I wish I was paying that in rent. I pay twice in rent in good old South Florida. My evo is 520 zero down gg ix se with 68 months. I do that because it will be paid in 10 months.

I put $16,363.35 for down payment, $15,000.00 loan, Interest Rate: 6.00% and I pay $247.56 a month.

 

Ok stop with the rent thing. That gives me more incentive to leave the hell out of south florida
