Anyone Have A Bov
I Am In Desperate Need Of A Bov Anyone Have One For Sale Or Can Point Me In The Right Direction.??? Also Is It A Good Idea To Remove The Cat??? I Am A Newbie I Just Traded My Srt8 On A Evo 8. I Freaking Love This Car So Much More. I Just Wanna No What I Can Do To Make This Evo Fast As Hell, Wat Is A Good Boost Controller Just Try To Help Me Out Guys, I Really Want A Bov If Anyone Has One For Sale Let Me No Thanks Nick
prepared to get flamed.....but if your car is stock there is no need to get a bov....if you are trying to make your car FAST AS HELL you need to just keep the stock bov or upgrade to the evo ix metal bov. Removing the cat may help but it is ideal to get a full tbe with test pipe and a tune....I use a FORGE MBC and it has been great for 20k miles and it is very affordable.

First off, turn off your caps lock. Your car has a BOV already. Every Evo does. Go troll around in the newbie forum for a few weeks and come back here with something constructive.

anywayz the BOV will cause your evo to stall and some driving issues !
if you want to hear your BOV get an intake but, if you install an Intake you have to do a tune or the Intake will make you lose HP rather than Gain ..
First Mods for a Evo is a TBE "Catback, Downpipe, Cat or testpipe" ..
secondly most of us get an MBC such as Hallman MBC or FORGE .. just Remember To Tune ! a Tune will help you to get the Max gain from your Mods !

The SRT-8 does exist and it is a bad truck. It will give the Evo a run for its money on a straightaway. I also concur that you need to read in the Newbie section first and do a lot of searching. This site is a wealth of information.
I think you are thinking of the SRT-10, that is the RAM truck with the Viper motor in it.
