limited slip vs non-limited slip

is the limited slip on the front wheels needed for a car pushing maybe 400hp? I'm trying to find a limited slip non-acd transfer case which seems to be impossible, but will the AWD be enough traction with a non-limited slip transfer case for the front wheels if there is a limited slip rear end in the back?

You'll have to play around with what RPM you launch at. A LS front end will give you more traction so either way you look at it, you might want to upgrade if you plan on adding more HP. http://www.roadraceengineering.com/quaife.htm

Sounds like you're looking for the transfer case from an '04 Evo RS... non-ACD (has the viscous unit from the '03 and '04 Evo) but with LSDs in front and rear.
