I have the Carbing with the Perrin 3" DP and it clears fine with plenty of space to spare.

Not true on the Megan DP. It fits like a glove and clears everything from Oil Pan, TC and Stock Cross Bars. It has a Tin sound, like NA headers, but I wrapped it with heat wrap and the sounds is gone. For the price, this is one of the best 3" DP you can get.
As far as the Brace, I don't have one yet and would be curious on clearence, but I would think if it clears stock bars, it should clear the Carbring.

I have the Carbing 6point brace and underpanel. I also have the AMS dp.

There is way too much clearance and you will be absolutely fine!!!
