If your going to stick a silencer on the exhaust, stay with stock.

 

Bro, I have the perfect one for you if you are looking for a quiet exhaust. I have the Works Exhale ABM 3" cat back. Sounds almost as quiet as stock just alil deeper sound. The works is good if quiet is what you want you also do pick up some power from it as well without attracting attention from the boys in blue.
