I had someone put my exhaust in because my welding machine broke. When they put the o2 sensor in it was jammed up against the underbody. This made my fuse blow also. I had to move the bung to get it out of harms way. Check yours out, you may be having the same problem.

Check the wiring of the rear o2 sensor, make sure no wires are exposed and that it is clipped in correctly.

+4 it sounds like the wiring is rubbing something and shorting out
