for what you are dealing with I would recommend you wash once per week and use a duster every morning. if it rains or gets very dirty then clean before using the duster. as much as I hate zymol it will work well for your needs and I would put a layer on every other week.

I wash my car once a week and it gets clayed/polished/waxed/buffed (one of these depending) once a month.

I have one rock chip on my hood and one on my bumper!

I dont think you can wash it too much, but if the color is fading you might need more than just a wash.

This is why i love owning a white car. I used to own a black one and have the same problem , if i didnt wax the car atleast Once a month that car wouldn't look up to par. Now with white , once a month is fine. Dont have to wash it as often... i love it!

but like everyone else is saying , give the car a good detail and you should be ok

I try and wash mine at least every other weekend, but it is all weather dependent. I wax mine about every three to four months, but use the spray on detailer every other washing. I love the feeling of zero friction as I rub my buffing cloth on the paint.

My car is brand new, I just got it last saturday. I was thinking about going to self car wash and doing high pressure soap, high pressure rinse then do a spot free rinse every week and do a hand wash and wax every month or two.

Some of the advice here is good... some pretty bad.

Check out Autopia.org for all your car care questions. It's a fantastic resource for those who really want to keep their car looking it's best, both inside and out.

get a life and wash it every 2 weeks bro.. for real, dont waste like 4 hours a week washing your car.... just get over it.. they gona get dirty anyways... or if you need to wash it every week... just wash it every sunday.. and you'll start the week with a clean car...

Having a TB is like having a second job... I also wash my 05 once a week and wax it once a month... but you have to give it the works once every 3 months or so to include claying... hard water stain removing.... paint cleaning.... polishing... and waxing... once you get to the polish... you will see your color get to the deep black that it used to be... good luck

Same situation here, coming from a black car now driving a silver. You have to admit though... nothing looks as clean as a clean black car. I miss it.

Not only waxing it but also getting it Wheeled out helps to. My friend details cars for BMW, and he not only uses the hand wax, but also has that wheel that he uses some clear coat protectant as well as some other stuff... and my '03 looks brand new everytime he does it.

I think that "wheel" is a buffer?
