Out from long term storage

Hey guys,
I need a little help with some questions about removing a vehicle from long term storage. I'm in Germany and my douche brother didn't quite do what i asked. The jack stand, tire baggie, fuel stabalizer deal didn't happen for me as 1 month turned into 10.
SO, at the moment the plan is to take it to the stealer on a flatbed, have the tank drained, along with the rest of the fluids. Filters changed, fuel and oil, re-oil the drop in air filter, good look at the tires for flat spots and a test drive.
I have read the squirt some oil in the cylinders ideas, and a couple others off the forums but none of it sits right with me. Any help would be nice. Wife is leaving for Iraq so gonna fly home spend some time on the road with the Evo in the states before i bring it to Germany. Thanks

PS. I hit a Yeti cub or wombat or something on the WV turnpike right before i stored her, so i need a new Varis lip for an Evo8. Bulletproof is my first choice but i doubt they can hook me up in the time frame i need (inside 1 month) PMs are appreciated as well, thanks again
