Filed report 2 weeks ago. last week talked to officer.
witness and I said silver car but he kept telling me witness told me blue car.
but we were looking at same silver car before officer arrived.
anyway its been 2 weeks with no call from officer.
called him and no answer. left him like 4 messages.
He could be off for july 4th, who knows.
im getting pissed.

the owner of silver car now drives different car
i guess he couldnt handle stick shift.
what step should i take.
first accident really dont know what to do.
One of the witness told me to take it to the chain of command of my post.

oh btw my insurance told me it will cost me 500 deductable if i file without other persons insurance. 500 seems outrageous compare to only 100-200 when my brother had accident(we are both on same insurance)
