on agency powers website it says the downpipe is for the evo 8, 9,mr, 03+ http://www.agency-power.com/catalog/...roducts_id/205 as for catback it says o3+ evo gsr and mr http://www.agency-power.com/catalog/...roducts_id/161 . if i remember correctly a evo 9 exhaust will fit a evo 8 but not vice versa.

The geometry works out but i think there is a difference with the bung for the 02 sensor.

I think the IX has it on the pipe just downstream of the cat and the VIII doesn't... in which case i guess you can just have it plugged up.

I know the 03 - 04 downpipes don't neccessarily fit the same due to the 05-06's having the ACD (active center differential). Some downpipes will fit, some won't at all and some require slight modification (BFH).

Should not be a problem fitting a IX exhaust on a VIII or even vice versa. The only thing to make sure of is that it will fit an MR if you have the 6 speed.

Some downpipes made for 03-04 will not fit ACD equipped cars. Call manufacturer before you buy.

The DP is coming off a IX and going on an NON-ACD VIII. Should fit without issue
