What is the most hp/boost a stock engine can handle, w/arp head studs? my guess, 35psi & 500hp

 

one million hp. ARP will not fail you, the other parts will.

 

What is a legitimate answer to this? Certainly there is some limit. I think Ill go read up on ARP's site right now.

It depends on how long and hard you drive your car.
What you will use it for. It may last one hour at that power level, several months or a year.
One thing for sure, it won't last if you like to beat on it. Eventually something will fail. The stock pistons, rods and bearings cannot take that type of abuse for very long.
