whats the best way to go wingless? ie not expensive but not friggin ghetto either

 

Either put bolts in your trunk to fill the holes (which is fairly ghetto), or have the holes filled and painted over.

 

have to taken the wing off before, if not, u should try that. Just to see how u like it.
i thought i would like mine without the wing. had it off for a week and didn't like.the wing is back on now.

and i just used some yellow electrical tape to cover the holes, which was temporary regardless of if i was gonna keep the wing of or not.

The evo has such high a b & c pillars i think it looks funny without a high wing.but ive seen some real nice tricked out wingless ones.

 

try and go 160mph without the wing, it gets a little squirrely. i like the wingless, looks clean, but put it back on because i like to go really fast and it keeps my evo on the road. but in the end its really up to u.

 

I recommend keeping the wing, but if you must insist Use black putty
from the inside to seal the holes. Ive seen black tape as well. =\

Or you can do it right and get them shaved, buy a CF Trunk, or trade an
RS owner. Most do want a wing.

 

Wingless trunk is only about 275 at Mitsu....unpainted of course!
