It's been close to three months now that i have been waiting on getting my silver IX MR, I drive past the dealership every weekend just to look at it.. just have some super newb questions about it. I've never had the chance to ride in one before, what can i expect once i really get on it?? Will it be able to put me in my seat pretty good or will that only come with later mods. And about breaking the car in.. how many miles do you tend to have to wait..i've heard anywhere from 2000 to 4000 before you can really get on it. How bad is it for the engine if i decide to not wait on breaking it in?? Once again, sorry for the stupid newb questions, im just really excited to get such an amazing car

 

The stock 9 is a good base car. It will be very quick. Much faster with mods and a tune. The 9 reacts much better to mods than the 8 (MIVEC and bigger turbo).

The break-in per Mitsu is 1000 miles. Some people follow the recommendations and some don't. I personally did. It's all in the manual.
