Question some questions about my Lancer LS

First of all, I need to ask Lancer's owner. Do you feel the shock from rear suspension(stock) when the rear wheels go through the bump of the road and the speed is under 5 m/h?

Second, would it damge the shock if I lower the body by 1"-2"?

Third, I am looking for the exhaust but will gain some power and it must be quite or just a little bit louder than stock one. Any idea? Is it legal in TX for changing the exhaust?

Fouth, is anyone still use the stock tires? My tires always made some terrible noise when I make a U turn even just turn left or right? Is it normal?

You guys' answers will help me a lot..

First - no.

Second - you'll run the risk of hurting the stock shocks if you're dropping around 2 or more.

Third - Greddy Evo exhaust. Check w/ your local laws.

Fourth - noises should be checked out at your dealership, along w/ that feeling you get hitting bumps at 5mph.

What if I just lower the body within 1.5"?

I think the noise is from tires because of the quality of the tires.
Or they do have other reason can make the noise from the tires?
like suspension, alignment, and something like that.....

1.5" shouldn't cause a problem, unless you like going over speed bumps at insane speeds. As for the noise, I'd still go get it checked out either at the dealership or at a local shop cuz it can be any of the things you mentioned; misalignment, bad shocks, damaged control arm, etc. It's tough to pinpoint it without giving more details.
