New to having a turbo charged car, but not new to cars in general. I was at a local meet with some other evo and srt4 guys, and I don't know how, (was embarrassed to asked at first) how the srt4 guys were at idle and blowing off. I didn't see any of my other friends doing it, so iono if our evos would, or if we need a bypass upgrade first to do it? im lost.

 

i assume they revved and then let off the gas??

 

The fact is u can hear a Bov(if its audible) when then car isnt underload, however being that its really hard to build boost under zero load, it wont blow off that loud.

The reason your other friends werent doing it probly has something to do with your friends noy being ricers or not having aftermarket bov's
