Can anyone tell what this is???
Good thinkin but it doesn't work like that. If you look into the throttle body you can see the passages before and after the throttle plate where the IAC motor allows air to get by. Its not taking outside air, its taking air from the other side of the throttle, inside the intake pipe. Therefore no matter what position the IAC motor was in, it wouldn't leak out.
To the OP, was it coming from the actual throttle body? or where the intake pipe meets the throttle body?
