Rust on my 06 evo mr

Well to start off i bought this car used from Cali with 12k miles on it.. on the first wash i noticed alot of brownish SMALL dots all over my car just thought after i clay barred it and cleaned it up real nice it would come out.. Well now i have 16k miles on it and all the dots are still there : ( and its starting to bother me...
So what do I do? Will you think they will warranty this?! Maybe when they shipped it? via truck/train?

This is with my camera almost touching the car hardly can see them but maybe this will help, also dirty lol
Ive also tried scratching at them with my finger nail and they dont come off!

Yeah I think it's at least 5 or 7 years on rust, get it covered.

Dealer doesn't matter, it's a factory warranty.

The problem with the warrenty is it only covers rust through ie holes.

Holes!?! By that time your Evo will look just like my friends Iroc Z did back in high school. Just like moldy swiss cheese with BBQ sauce on it. Then you'll get all the chicks.

Dude it's white and it's common. Mine is one of the posts linked above.

Get some elbow grease behind your clay bar and it will come out.

I clay bar every one I find now after every wash. Keeps up on it. White just shows it.

^ agreed

I've had two white cars over the last 20 years and this is totally normal.
My first car looked pretty bad, but it was parked outside.
A lot of elbow grease and a clay bar will pretty much take care of it.
