Hey fellas, I'm new on here and from west chester pa. My name is bill. As of right now i don't have an evo yet, but i currently am driving a 2gb dsm thats sitting right at 250 whp 225wtq w/ a b16g and supporting mods. I am actually looking to sell it soon and step up into an evo. I have been browsing the for sale ads here and have found a few that interest me, but i don't wanna make a move till i find a buyer for my car. Looking foward to getting to know some of you. Or some of you may know me...i am active on a few local forums currently tristatetuners, phillydsm. As for the evo....i am stuck, i don't know whether i want WW or blue (the newer one) i think its electric blue correct me if i'm wrong. I'll pretty much just be doing the typical mods to get up to about 350whp. Or if i could find one that has the mods i want i'll do my best to pick one up.

Welcome EovM , coming from another noob you'll find that everyone is great here about answering questions and what not. You'll also find some good prices for mods on the soon to be Evo. As for the color, def go with electric blue, the best color out there IMO .

 

yeah dude nice too see some locals, im about a half hour from westchester, im in the plymouth meeting area. Coming from somewhat of a newb you will deff be on evom like 5 hours a day just looking at awesome stuff and researching. I hope you find a nicely priced evo and the dsm sells, moving up from a wrx to and evo for me really showed me how nice of a car it is and im thankful to drive it everyday. good luck

i think i may have already found a potential buyer for the car. I swung by the mitsu dealer today to pick up some maintainance stuff (fuel filter, oil filter, fuse box cover which got melted by a drop light) and a salesman came up to me and was askin me about it. 5 min. later he was asking for my name and # b/c he wants to see if he can throw some extra money together.

I was gonna put it up for sale around march 08' which would give me some time to put some extra money away as well as research evo's a bit more. (i don't buy something without doing my research first).

I use to live in wc and go to school at uti in exton its pretty nice up there im new to this site myself but its been pretty good so far and packed with info my old roomate still lives there he has a 06 mr specal edition he painted the bbs black with a red lip look for him
