Intake, BOV, and MAF questions

I was cleaning out my air filter, and i noticed that the inside of my MAF, INTAKE PIPING AND BOV have some type of black fluid in them, i'm assuming its oil its really dirty. Is that normal? the turbo was really really clean, what can i do to prevent this ?

maybe an oil catch can? and should i clean it out? the car only has 21200 thanks

Sounds like blow by to me.

Catch can will clean that up and I'd clean out the blow by oil in the pipes if you have the time. The oil film reduces the intercoolers effectiveness.
