New Evo IX owner ready to mod!:)

I bought my Evo 9 a few months ago,and have kept it stock
Well now im ready to mod on her,so which parts are most recommended for the most power gains?
Id like to see what the stock turbo can lay down first, and then decide if I need a turbo upgrade or not
I know we have an AWD dyno here, locally, for tuning, and to see how much whp

Shes my daily driver,so i still want to be able to run the A/C and pump gas,but we have 100 octane pump gas out here.
My toy is a 95 Supra TT 6spd, shes getting fully built right now, going got 850-900whp

Basically what EvoGasm said, although I never used the turbo timer or the electronic Boost controller. Also, if you are going to have it tuned the wideband isn't 100% necessary, although it is fantastic insurance.

The EGT gauge is great, its a bit of a pain in the butt to install. Some people recommend leaving the engine running during the install. After 2nd degree burns forming over the period of 20 minutes trying to tap the exhaust manifold, i switched to grease and a vacuum. Worked very well.

I feel it important to add a thought here....aimlessly modding is not the way to start.

I see you probably know this because of that gem of a supra you have (if you're ever selling it, PM me)

The idea is to set a goal, and work from there. If you want 900whp then I would say DONT start with a reflash and a turbo back, but a built stroker or high revving 2.0....

But Gasm has the right list there, down to the T

get cosworth cams, skip on the cam gears, skip on springs and retainers, skip on egt,

i would do aem ebc since ur doing aem wideband and you can get the aem egt down the road to match.

Cossies are expensive. GSC cams are pretty much the way to go....Brian Crower also has some hot-rod cams out there too.

Hes correct, the cams gears arent necessary at this power level.

The gauges are awesome by AEM....
