Just wanted to introduce myself. New Pa Owner...
Hey guys/gals. My name's George and I just picked up a 2006 Evo 9 (blue in color). I actually work at a car dealership and one just got traded at one of our locations. Only has 14K on her, and is in really good shape. From what I can tell, it's pretty much stock, other than exhaust, intake, and some gauges. First thing, is i'm planning on taking it to a local Mitsu stealership, just to have everything checked out and the oil changed. The car seems to be running really stong so far. If my memory serves me right, I heard that the Evo's need a tune if you put an intake on, am I correct? I haven't been able to contact the previous owner, to see exactly what's done to it. So far, I've only driven it tonight, and it's really been a blast. Won't be signing any paperwork till Mitsu takes a look at. This forum seems to have a lot of great info, and I'm sure I'll make good use of the search button haha.
