boost gauge

idk this will make me sound like more of a noob but everyone tells me that i have to drill into the fire wall to run the line for my boost gauge so i was wondering if someone knew of an alternative cause i didnt have to drill into the fire wall when i boosted my del sol or the tsi so just curious and i know you guys know more about the car than i do i just bought it

no need to drill. There is a hole with a rubber stopper filling it up stock. It's located on the passenger side in the engine bay. Take a look and you will find it. It will lead to the glove box.

There is already a hole thru the firewall tucked in the back passenger side of the engine bay. Been covered many times on these forums. You can search for it
