i have a friend that tuned his subaru with a map he downloaded off the internet and this site a reliable site(xptuning.com), all he had to do was load it and go..... do maps like this exist for evo 8's????? please help

 

Not really.

What your friend got in that "map" is a tune that is designed to work with every car in every climate at every altitude in any condition.

Read into that a very conservative tune. Needless to say, you can probably find something like that but you would be leaving so much power on the table its not even funny.
