Brand new here: question about swaps
I've recently heard that some things kia and some things evo might fit together.
Wait: before anyone starts getting mad and saying "My EVO is NOT a KIA!!", Thats not what I'm here to talk about.
I like driving fast and well, but I don't like the idea of 5-0 appreciation for diriving such a popular tuner vehicle.
So what I'm trying to find out is, would it be possible to get EVO power under the hood of a KIA? I've already talked to a few people who say that an evo head will bolt onto the 2.4l 4-banger in the kia Optima. But one has to wonder just how far can it go?
Some say the 2.4 in the optima is a 4g64, other say its a halfway point between the 4g63 and the 4g64. Of course the big question is can the turbo be shoe-horned in there as well?
Thx in advance

like most conversions, it is possible, but not practical. i don't know what block the kia has, but if you have the money you could get an evo engine in it i'm sure. however for the money it will cost you you'd be better off just buying the evo in the first place.
