GS-t engin swap

ive done countless numbers of searches and just come up with alot of b.s.. I wannaknow can you take a second gen eclpse turbo engine 2.0l DOHC turbo and swap it into a Lancer (Es,Ls,Oz)? maybe this would be easier if i knew the GS-t engine code

EDIT: it can be done, but you might as well buy and evo.
the engine code is 4g63.

It would be easier if you ran a search and took a look at Lan Evo (a site moderator)'s signature. Plenty of info if you follow the link in his sig. Moving to the newbie forum.

Oh no not this question again For one not knowing even the engine plant is the tried and true older version of the 4g63 (newer version of course being the new EVO). I dont think you will ever get around to doing this even if you DID have the money or know-how to make it work asking a question like that.
