Ive seen one on 95south (white) passing through the Maryland area... with military stickers!
Dont know how he shipped it, since its harder to do now...and shipping through the Military has a cap on the year of the vehicle that you can bring back.
Couldnt tell if it was a 2003 but it WAS a right hand drive.

i know you have to be stationed over there for at least a year to be able to ship a car back thru the military. i dont think getting the car over here is the hard part or what will cost the money if ur in the military. getting the car registered and 50 states legal is what is gonna pe a pain in the butt and set u back a couple bills
there a guy in new york that had a evo 2 when i when i brought my skyline couple years back in 2005. i still have have the number of the guy sold me my car i pretty sure he can get u one pm if u want his phone #. I think they were asking for about $15,000 to bring a evo 2 over and legalized it but that was about 3 years ago.
It can be done... this site is not a good source of information on the subject however...
The cost varies greatly on who does it and how it is done... there are ways to get them into the US pretty cheap...
I can get you in touch with the right people if you want
Thanks Tim
