What was your ride before you got an EVO?
2003 BMW 525i.
Slow, boring, and automatic. And a number of the things that go wrong with them are absolutely the DUMBEST things to ever go wrong on a car. Completely took away any little bit of joy it ever had.
Example of the dumbest things to go wrong? If the vapor barrier on the rear doors isn't 100% sealed to the metal properly, water will run onto the door panel, out the puddle light in the bottom of the door panel, which leads into the floor of the car soaking up all the carpet and foam under the carpet.
BMW owners just accept said dumb things, just because it's a BMW. Ridiculous. I love my evo.

Lancer 1800 GSR.
Engine: .......... 4G93T 1835cc DOHC Turbo.
Before that there were TWO of these...
Make & Model: 1984 rwd Lancer 1800 GSR.
Engine: .......... G62BT 1795cc SOHC Turbo
The 1st. looked similar to this sample pic...
The Evo 6 RS2 was put into storage for the past few years and will be completely overhauled/rebuilt next year.

As soon as the E6 is rebuilt, Project "GroceryGetter" (2nd. '84 rwd Lancer 1800 GSR) will start...
with the 4G93T from the 4wd 1800 GSR... Starion I.R.S... Steering Box-to-Power Steering Rack swap... & Evo 8 Brembos.

It will look like this, with Starion 7Jx16" rims all round...

Had a 08 g37 coupe.
What a waste of money, I should have waited for gtr.
I'm so glad I got rid of that car, what a pia to own.
Only good part were loaner cars to beat on, I mean drive.,
At 1st I didn't rough up the loaners, until the car started really acting up.,
Then it's was gta time, even jumped a local exit ramp.
Airborne like the general lee, yea haw.
But I digress.
Evo x is a better all around car, just needs a more plush interior.
Or have an option like GM with the z28.
Make a track pack/or offer racing materials to lighten car.
If this car were 4-500 lighter, it would be a time attack monster.
