I got a new key made for my EVO cuz i only had one key. Does that mean that the dealer reflashed my ecu? I'm screwed for now if that's the case.

 

no they just program the key to your car.

Theres some little routine where you hold the original key up then do some stuff then turn the key and whatnot. Its good to know how to do, incase you want to make a key yourself. I know instructions are on this site.
