Installing MR bilsteins and Stock catback

Long story short. got a new suspension and im installing it also got a ticket so going back to stock on exhaust (for now).

Anyways, I installed the rear struts so now im working on the front. My question is, How in the world can you take off the top 19mm bolt on the front struts????? They are really hard and i even set my torque wrench to 80ft. lbs and still will not budge. What is the torque spec?

Oh and what is the torque spec for the O2 sensor? I tried WD40 and also the O2 sensor socket from autozone but still wont budge either Anyone know the torque spec for that?

Thanks in advance, those two s.o.bs is what is keeping me from the install

Well i can tell you DONT use an air compressor on that bolt you can ruin it. Try a breaker bar. As far as the O2 sensor use some PB blaster that stuff works real well. There is a step by step in EVOMOTO installations for the strut install
