Noob Saying Hi

Hey guys! Just wanted to say hello and honored to join the forum.

I have a 2007 Subaru STi, and please nobody flame me, I'm not here to cause a stir.

I will have had my car for a year in May. At the time I did not know anything about the EVO's, nor did I have anyone to teach me. The dealership wouldn't even let me test drive one.

I'm here to learn more about these cars, cause eventually I would like an EVO IX MR in my garage next to my STi.

Welcome to the board. Nice car! The 07 STI's have the right gear ratios to actually be a fast car. I tuned one the other day and was quite impressed.

Thank you very much guys! Ya I like it.

I still would love to drive an EVO. I want to know why the EVO's suspension is far superior to the STi's?

I mean and when yall upgrade it too, jeez I can't imagine how much more better it is.

I almost bought an 07 STI but the dealer was a jerk and wouldn't give me any kind of a deal. Then I went and drove one of the last 06 Evo's on the lot, and well I loved it and that sealed the deal. I would still like to get an 05-07 STI to put next to my Evo someday. Even though a lot of people don't like the Subbie exhaust note I think it sounds really cool. Welcome here.

Most EVO guys don't like the Subie exhaust note or people in general. I frickin love it!!!

I've never met anyone who didn't like it. I wish I had a suspension like the EVO's do!!!
