hi
i'm about to buy a set of volk 17's ce28n in 17x9 or 17x9.5, and offsets in +28 or +35
but before buying, i need some help, i'm looking for a little concave look on the spokes and i want the rims and tires to be flushed with the stock fender and also it needs to clear the brembo brakes without any need for spacers the pix below is an example






the images provided are 17x9.5 front +28 and rear +35 but not sure if these are flushed against the fenders

any suggestions would be really helpful
