Anyone from Upstate / western NY? Noob saying HELLO
Hi guys first post, well second.
I'm starting to look for a evo finally. I was looking 2 years ago but my beater got totalled, and I couldn't find an evo, needed a car. So I picked up a mazda speed6 lease, and that's expiring in a few months.
Anyways I'd ideally like a 05 evo viii gsr is fine. Trouble is finding one around here Buffalo NY.
I looked at two 2003 gsr's today. One was a pile, it had alot of problems. As the first evo I've driven, I was completely unimpressed. My speed6 is faster? handled way better? doesn't seem right so I'm going to try to forget about that one. The second one was pretty modded, it's actually posted in the for sale section. To many unknowns about that one.
Anyways I've always liked the evos since 03, and I'm finally getting serious about it. I barely drive 7k a year, and I take meticulous care of my cars. I think the evo is a great choice for me as I can pick up a mid mileage evo, and turn it into a low mile evo 3 years from now. Hold it's value pretty well compared to highly driven evos.
Anyways hello, hopefully soon I'll be an evo owner.
