Hey hows it going? thought id drop by and introduce myself a bit. I jst came from the club3g world so been around import scene abit. Ihad a 2002GT Eclipse, but about 2 weeks ago i got back from a 15 month deployment to afghanistan and decided to get a new car... So there she was.. 2006 EVO-9 MR. So the days of 3G are over and the days of EVO Start. IO have some basic questions about the EVO if you guys could answer them.

This New site is HUGE, much bigger then the 3G sites, so im sure this has been discussed befor, But how much PSI does the stock EVO-9 RUN? Also im looking to upgrade this thing, as it is BONE Stock. Should i just do the standard Bolt I-H-E Deal or should i go a different route. New intercoller maby? Im trying to reach around 350-380 Horse so i dont want to upgrade the turbo. If you guys could give me a Basic Outline i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Names Wes by the way

 

well if you need to get that much power, i dont think you need to upgrade your turbo. all you need just fuel pump(walbro)bigger injectors, turbo back exhaust, lower and uper piping,intake,flush your ecu, and get a fine tune,,that's should help to get there...b/c the 9 turbo...can handle up to over 400 whp so...good luck and welcome..

To get to 350-380 whp you'll need these parts. I recommend purchasing them in this order as well.

TurboBack exhaust
Boost gauge
Manual boost controller
Intake
Wideband


-Tune- 330-340

Ported header / O2 housing
FMIC and Intercooler piping
Walbro

-Tune- 355-360

Methanol Injection 400+
Cams


Numbers vary but that'll give you an idea...
