thinking about putting my gauges in the upper console, who else has done this?

Unhappy thinking about putting my gauges in the upper console, who else has done this?

so i was thinking of putting my gauges where the radio is, and buying the radio relocation kit, but i wanna see what it looks like first. so if anyone has pics, it would really help me, or any pics of there gauges on the lower console

Yeah I don't like them there, it requires you to move your head. Since you have to read your gauges, especially usually going fast or getting on it, I wouldn't recommend moving your head away from the front view. Only asking for something bad to happen. I would go with window gauges or steering column. Just my 2 cents.

If you relocate them, you can twist them so that straight up is where the needle should be. Then, you can check them with peripheral vision.

Im just trying to look out for your safety. At least with them in the steering area or window you can get away with just moving you eyes, and not you skull. Since Im here I will warn you that people will say you will get profile with them in the window by cops. In my case thats not true. I have never been pulled over for that. I have only been pull over once and that was by a kid cops who drove a SRT-4 and only wanted yo see what I had done to it. Good Luck with your install. Windows and steering column FTW

I spend more time working my stereo than looking at my gauges, so I like the stereo up high and within easy reach.
