I bought my car sight unseen from an Army seargent at Fort Leonardwood. He was very honest and I have had 0 issues out of the car for a little over a year.

The first link you posted the one I would go for. Go look at the car and test drive it if possible. But that car is gorgeous and looks unmollested.

I drove to Orlando, FL to get mine. The car was bone stock with 10,800. I have the factory waranty(60,000 bumper to bumper). I never test drove it. I talked with them for a week about the car and had him tell me everything about it. I drove down there, signed the papers and drove it home and have no regrets. If it had had more miles and it was a private sale instead of a Mitsubishi dealership I would have definitely test drove it. Maybe I should have test driven mine first but so far I'm completely happy with the car. I have worked on Evo's before and know what to look for when driving one.
