The silver evo 8 is also one of the guys who drove a WRX all his life but then when the door opens.. i guess people just fall to the otherside! :P

Welcome to the forum Jedi! I guess you'd call the Evo the darkside because it does have "more power, tunning" then the STi.

I came over from the subaru world also. Many of my friends still have STIs but I wanted an Evo to be different and because I got my 8 for $6500 less than the cheapest STI that I could find.
